The role emphasizes relationships, consistency and encouragement. You will assist with finances, cooking, cleaning, and preparing for part-time work, including timekeeping and routines, while providing personal care when required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and develops independent living skills for the individuals.
• Supports with finances and budgeting.
• Helps with cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Assists with preparation for and attendance at part-time jobs, including timekeeping and routines.
• Provides personal care, where required.
• Encourages participation in activities, hobbies and interests.
