Job summary

Prime Life seeks compassionate Support Workers for our Stoneygate Road Residential Home in Leicester. Roles are available on a full or part-time basis, with shifts between 8am and 8pm across seven days.

You will provide respectful, dignified support to residents living with mental health conditions and disabilities, helping with daily activities and personal care. No prior experience required as full training is provided; DBS is funded.

Qualifications

• To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents.
• Prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship while offering emotional and practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Help with personal care, recreational activities, and accompanying residents outside the home.
• Promote resident independence in meal preparation and at mealtimes.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
