Job summary

GREENWOOD is a small 24/7 home support environment for adults with learning and physical disabilities. You would support individuals with every aspect of their lives to ensure they meet their outcomes and provide the best person-centred support in a diverse, sometimes challenging environment.

Experience would be an advantage but not essential as training is provided. The role requires PVG membership and SSSC registration; transferable skills from education or social care are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience would be an advantage though not essential as you will be trained.
• You should be passionate about supporting others to the best of your ability.
• You may have transferable skills from children/education or other types of social care.

GREENWOOD is a small 24/7 home support environment for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

We have a maximum of 6 people we support who have their own areas/spaces within GREENWOOD which is downstairs from WOODLANDs Day support.

All the people we support have full participation and inclusion with the decisions that affect their lives.

GREENWOOD is their home and we strive to make it as fun and comfortable as we can.
