Job summary

We are recruiting at Kintyre Care Centre within the Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership. You will work both independently and as part of a team, assisting the Nurse/Senior to run shifts and support managers while focusing on residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • PVG membership is required for working with adults.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Nurse/Senior to ensure smooth shift running and resident wellbeing.
  • Provide support to Managers when required and help deliver positive outcomes for residents.
  • Engage with residents to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

You will be required to help the Nurse/Senior with the smooth running of the shift, provide assistance to Managers when required, ensuring our Residents have the best possible outcomes, physical, mental and wellbeing.

Some experience required, willing to do SVQ Training, keep up to date with Policies and Procedures.
