Job summary

The Lodge, part of Exemplar Health Care, is a smaller learning disability care home in Swallownest. As Health Care Assistant, you’ll support adults with complex needs to live their best lives, in a home-like setting. Your day may include personal care, activities, and helping residents pursue hobbies and community involvement.

We value fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. Full induction, buddy and ongoing training are provided to help you settle in quickly and grow with us.
