Aspire West Services is seeking a Support Worker in Cumbernauld to provide personal and clinical care for individuals. This role involves supporting a person 1:1 in their home and assisting with daily routines, while encouraging independence and social participation.

The ideal candidate should possess emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, alongside a UK Driving Licence. We offer a comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and a competitive pay structure.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars.
• Access to your own car would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend).

• Salary Scale: £13.45 - £13.55 per hour
• Criteria: Drivers only

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
• Provide personal and clinical care
• Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
• Encourage social participation and independence
• Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

This role can involve lone working, with on‑call support available 24 hours a day.
