Job summary

Affinity Trust in Coalville is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist a kind gentleman in his home. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and help with everyday activities, building a calm, respectful and supportive environment.

Full training is provided, including the option to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. We offer flexible hours: full-time 37.5 hours or part-time up to 30 with sleep-ins and weekend work, plus benefits and training support.

Location: Coalville (LE67)

Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour (This rate will be increasing from £13.00 from 26th October 2026)

Hours per week: Full Time (37.5 hours) & Part-time (up to 30 hours) available with sleep ins & including weekends

Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
