Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join Shelton Care Limited at Richmond Mews, Stoke on Trent. The role involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care, medication support, and enabling residents to live more independently within a 24-hour residential setting.

You will work with young adults with complex needs, building relationships and planning goals while providing compassionate, person-centred support.
