Job summary

National Care Group is hiring a Support Worker in Gloucester to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in residential and outreach settings. Salary is £12.71 per hour (about £24,784.50 annually) with up to 37.5 hours per week.

You will build trusting relationships, help with daily tasks, personal care, and support independence while promoting wellbeing and meaningful activities. Training is provided and career progression is encouraged within a compassionate team.

We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours in residential, supported living and outreach settings. Our dedicated team work closely with those we support to deliver person-centred care and to empower everyone to reach their goals and fulfil their aspirations.
