Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker, Residential Support Worker or Care Assistant.
• Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent) – essential.
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Calm, patient and reliable approach.
• Able to work full-time shifts including days, nights and sleep-ins.
• Driving licence preferred (if applicable).
• Enhanced DBS required (including overseas police clearance where applicable).
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Looking for a full-time Support Worker role in children’s residential care? We are currently hiring experienced Level 3 Residential Support Workers for permanent positions in the Ascot area. You will be working within children’s residential homes, supporting young people with day-to-day care, routines and emotional support.
