Job summary

Liaise is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Care Assistants. Full training and support are provided. We offer day and night shifts, with a focus on helping people lead happy, purposeful lives in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

Using the training provided, assist those we support with daily tasks.
Support in day-to-day life: social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions.
Keep paperwork up to date for each person in the home.
Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to support those who live in the home.
