We’re hiring for Support Workers in Camborne and Redruth

Supporting adults and young people living in their own homes and apartments in Camborne and Redruth. Each is unique in their interests, abilities, and needs, which means there is lots of variety and a role right for you. The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences, and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care, and medication needs.

Working in our friendly team, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support.

Minimum Requirements:

UK manual driving licence required.

  • Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
  • On-going training and career development including professional qualifications.
  • Contributory Pension.

  • Rota's are planned in advance.
