Job summary

Chosen Care, Chosen Court in the United Kingdom is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker. You will work with young adults with complex needs, helping them achieve goals, supporting daily tasks, personal care, and activities.

This role offers paid training, opportunities for qualifications, and an inclusive culture within National Care Group. 35 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with a focus on wellbeing and progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
• Help plan and participate in exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
• Make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
