Autism Initiatives Group of Companies in Blackpool is seeking a Support Worker to join a dynamic team dedicated to autism-specific care. You will help individuals live as independently as possible, support activities and health and wellbeing, and promote active participation in the local community.

The role offers a salary of £27,381.51 per annum based on a 39-hour week, with full training, a paid enhanced DBS, progression opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including 23 days

As a Support Worker, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will enjoy joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, accessing walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will also promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.

We are looking for people who share and demonstrate our values. You may have a background or understanding of supporting autistic people, but if not don’t worry, we have great training and a friendly team to support you every step of the way.
