The National Autistic Society at Kingsley House in Devon is seeking caring Bank Support Workers to help adults with complex needs in a 24-hour residential/service setting. You will follow support plans and daily routines to enable individuals to live their best lives.
You will pick shifts across days, evenings and weekends; driving licence is preferred. The role includes induction and autism training, with staff discounts and wellbeing support offered.

We are looking for caring and reliable Bank Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
As you are a bank worker, you will be able to pick and choose the shifts that you work, and services have a mixture of hours that can include evenings and weekends.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred/essential

To protect our autistic adults at the National Autistic Society, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
