We provide care & support for three ladies in two bungalows and a young gentleman in his own bungalow. They enjoy accessing the community, visiting family, and hosting family visits for BBQs and meals. The residence is located in a residential area close to the park and shops.

We are seeking exceptional support workers to join our friendly team – could this be you?

Shift Patterns:

1. Day shifts: 0700 to 1430 and 1400 to 2200
2. Night shifts: 2100 to 0700

For Day shifts, it is essential that you hold a full driving licence to operate our vehicles and take residents into the community.

Role Responsibilities:

Your day as a support worker will be varied and require flexibility. You will provide care and support tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. You will work together to identify and help achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives. Tasks include personal care and engaging in activities that promote a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle.
