Job Advert Location Description

Conquest Lodge is located in the market town of March, in Cambridgeshire. The service offers residential support for 19 males and females with a learning disability and mental health needs. We are situated on a modern housing estate, twenty minutes from the town centre.

Our dedicated team is committed to providing just enough support to empower and encourage the people we care for to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes for all.

We also support autistic people and those who have:

• A physical disability
• Mental health needs
• Difficulties with communication
• Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
• Epilepsy

Job Advert Role Description

As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in planning goals and living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for this role, so energy and initiative are vital; experience is not essential, provided you have a willingness to learn and the compassion and patience needed to support.
