West Sussex County Council is hiring a Support Worker for Ball Tree Croft Residential Home in Sompting, Lancing. The role is full-time (37 hours/week, permanent) offering a salary of £24,796–£25,185 plus a competitive benefits package.

Ball Tree Croft is a registered residential care home providing person-centred care and
support for up to 15 people over the age of 18 who have a learning disability. It has four
bedrooms where people can have short breaks.
An important part of what we do is enabling and encouraging people to be independent and make choices about their day-to-day lives. From what colour they have on their bedroom wall, to riding a bike, going to work, or future planning within the service (their home), we always ensure people are supported to explore opportunities. For example, we now have People Ambassadors who represent the voice of the people using our service.
