This is a flexible, local, and long-term opportunity within supported living units, residential settings, and other care environments, focusing on providing tailored support to individuals with diverse needs, including mental health issues and challenging behaviors.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the UK as a support worker, particularly with mental health or learning disabilities.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
• Valid PMVA Certificate.
• Medicine trained or experienced.
• Full UK driver’s license and access to a car (preferred).
• Business insurance (preferred).
• Full-time availability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality, tailored care and support.
• Providing practical and emotional assistance to enable individuals to lead as normal a life as possible.
• Effective communication and maintaining confidentiality while liaising with service users, families, and colleagues.
• Conducting detailed daily observations to ensure comprehensive care.
• Remaining calm under pressure, especially when managing challenging behaviors.
• Supporting service users with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and washing duties.
