Trinity London Care Ltd., based in Greater London, is recruiting for an entry‑level role within its day service for adults with autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The position involves providing emotional and practical support, assisting with personal care, and supporting individuals to participate in daily activities.

Level 2 Health and Social Care is an entry‑level, UK‑recognised vocational qualification (equivalent to GCSE level) that teaches the basic skills needed to work as a care assistant, support worker, or healthcare assistant.

Provide support, advocacy and information to the individuals we support.
Provide a safe, comfortable and supportive day centre for the individuals we support.
Ensure that the rights of the people we support are always protected and respected. Ensure that each individual is supported as far as possible to exercise their rights in the following areas: Privacy, choice, participation in decision making affecting their lives, expression of their own cultural identity, entitlement to service, feedback on the service they receive and the right to complain, protection of their property, maintaining links with family and friends. Liaise with other professionals on behalf of the individuals we support.
Assist the management team when working with outside professionals, e.g. Social workers, psychologists, behavioural specialists and medical practitioners, within the day centre environment and the individual’s home environment. Keep records and participate in administrative tasks.
