Shire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism at locations in Whitchurch or Ruckley. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with sleep-ins, offering opportunities for progression within a supportive environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, social engagement, and finances, while helping maintain the home and supporting personal care.

• Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
• Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
• Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
• Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
