About The Service
Supporting people in their homes to live an independent life within their community.
Our supported living homes are in close proximity to each other, and are nestled in the community of Darfield. We offer person centred support to some very complex individuals. As part of schemes in Barnsley, we can also provide social support for people living in the community based on each person’s hobbies and interests.
