Welcome to MacIntyre!

At Crownhill, across two friendly adjoining houses, our team supports 13 adults of mixed ages and genders, each with their own unique personalities and vibrant range of interests. Together, we are all about helping people live gloriously ordinary lives.

What does that look like in practice? It is all about the good stuff: sharing a laugh over a cup of tea, trying out a new recipe together, heading out to a local club, or exploring a new hobby. We do not just offer support; we create the space for people to be themselves and live life on their own terms.

If you are naturally friendly, reliable, and love working with people, you already have the most important qualities we look for. Whether you come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or are just looking for a meaningful new chapter, your real-world experience is so valuable here.

  • Get out into the community:Drive folks out to local spots, activities, and appointments using our vehicles (which is why a manual UK licence is super handy!).
