Job Introduction
We are Eden Futures, delivering support services for people aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and complex needs.
We are recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their homes and community to live independently.
*Roles are paid at £12.21/hour, approximately £26,472 annually based on a 42-hour week. This is a full-time contracted position. The annual salary is illustrative; NLW applies and will be pro-rata based on hours worked.
We offer flexible working hours/shifts to accommodate your commitments.
Successful candidates will need an Enhanced DBS check before starting.
New staff will undergo a comprehensive induction, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing. We support new carers to complete their Care Certificate and gain a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care through Lifetime Training.
