The Camden Society has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time and part-time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP 12.60 per hour.

About the Support Worker role:
As a valued Support Worker with The Camden Society, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals, aims, and ambitions. The support you provide will vary because everyone is different.
Your responsibilities may include helping people develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their own homes, and supporting leisure, employment, interests, and travel. This role can be fun and rewarding but also challenging and demanding at times.
You may support people in their own homes or out in the community.
