Who are we looking for:
- Kind and compassionate individuals with a genuine interest in caring for people with learning, physical disabilities, or mental health issues.
- Dynamic and passionate team players committed to helping individuals lead fulfilled lives and receive high standards of care.
- Experience as a support worker, carer, or healthcare assistant is preferred but not essential; full training and guidance are provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

What will you be doing:
- Working as part of a warm, friendly team within one of our schemes, supporting individuals in a homely environment.
- Providing 24/7 care on a rolling rota, including early, late, wake nights, and weekends.
- Playing a key role in an individual’s care team, supporting independence, and enabling them to live life to the fullest.
- Assisting individuals in participating in social and recreational activities within the community.
- Supporting daily activities, accompanying individuals to appointments and outings.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and monitoring changes in behaviour or health.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all individuals.
