Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a flexible and compassionate Support Worker in Wigan. You will provide person-centred care, staying with the same service user per shift to build trust, and support daily activities to help them live their best life.

You will work with a team, fostering independence, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement in activities. A genuine commitment to caring values and flexibility around a rota is essential.

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals in their home or community.
  • Spend the full shift with the same person to build connections.

What You'll Be Doing

I am supported by a team of four staff. There is one staff member on shift at all times, including a sleep-in shift overnight. Staff shifts start at 9:30am and finish at 9:30am the following day.
