We are seeking experienced Bank Support Workers to join our service in Warrington, supporting adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs.

The people we support value staff who are motivated, participative, and enthusiastic about their interests and hobbies. We also have pets at Heath Lodge, including two rabbits, two chickens, and a house cat.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting 1-1 and promoting positive well-being.
• Participating in and showing enthusiasm for the interests and hobbies of those we support.
• Maintaining and developing community links, and facilitating access to community and leisure activities to support independence and life skills.

Who you are:

• You have experience in Mental Health support work and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Flexible and able to cover shifts at short notice.
• Capable of working independently, multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing your work.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing others internally and externally.
• Ability to deliver results with a positive attitude under pressure.
• A quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
