Job summary

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Maiden Bradley service. You will provide person-centred care, help with daily routines, and support social activities and holidays to enhance independence and confidence.

Role involves following care plans, maintaining records, and promoting safety and wellbeing in a compassionate team environment. Training is provided and career development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Candidate should show compassion and empathy in daily support.
• Strong team-working and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans with residents.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our service in Maiden Bradley to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
