Job summary

Agincare is seeking a compassionate Support Worker at Elizabeth Court in Dorchester to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and participate in activities in the community. You will provide personal care, build trusting relationships and tailor support to each person's interests and goals.

The role offers a calm, patient environment with on-going training, career development, and a supportive team.

We’re looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• A team player who values consistency
• Previous Support Worker/Care Experience preferred but not essential
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who you’ll support:

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at Elizabeth Court in Dorchester, helping them thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
