Job summary

Agincare in Frome is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities thrive in their communities. You will deliver person-centred support, daily living tasks, and meaningful activities to build confidence and independence.

You will work within a supportive, values-led team, with full training, opportunities for career development, and a pension. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach.
• Team player with trust-building abilities.
• Must have full UK driving licence.
• 12 months remaining on right to work in UK.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

You’ll support multiple individuals with learning disabilities at [enter location] to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,
You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
