TipTopJob in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for an exceptional care home. You will provide high-quality residential and nursing care, with access to therapy and an octagonal glass public cafe.

You must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. The role is permanent full-time, 36 hours per week, with day or night shifts.

A new job opportunity has become available for a dedicated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Walton:on:Thames, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers.

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent**

As The Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others

• Proven experience of working in a care setting

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary of GBP25,178.40 per annum.
