TipTopJob is seeking a motivated Support Worker for an exceptional home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will join a team delivering residential, respite, dementia and convalescence care, maintaining dignity and comfort for residents.

A full-time, day-shift role offers GBP13.45 per hour (GBP25,178.40 per year) with pension, induction, and ongoing training. Remote work is not applicable; driving may help in a remote location, but transport can be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Demonstrates genuine care for residents and able to follow care plans.

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers

This special service specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• In a remote location so a Driving Licence is desirable, however transport can be provided

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum.
