Job summary

Voyage Care in Trowbridge is seeking a Male Support Worker to enhance the independence and daily living skills of the people we support. You will work with a dynamic team to provide compassionate care and enable participation in community activities.

Typical shifts include Early 07:00–15:00, Late 15:00–22:00, and Long Days 07:00–22:00, with Sleeps at night (£40 per sleep). The role offers benefits such as enhanced evening/weekend pay and other staff rewards.

Male Support Worker – Trowbridge - £12.84 ph

Typical Shifts are:

• Early Shifts – 07:00am – 15:00pm

• Late Shifts – 15:00pm – 22:00pm

• Sleeps – 22:00pm – 07:00am - (sleep in's £40 per sleep)

• Long Days – 07:00am – 22:00pm

Our supported living service in Trowbridge is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
