If you are passionate about promoting independence and making a meaningful difference, this is a rewarding opportunity to build a career that changes lives.
We are looking for compassionate, adaptable and flexible individuals who thrive in a dynamic community‑based role. You will have strong communication skills, a positive and encouraging approach, and a genuine commitment to helping people regain independence. Successful candidates will be able to respond to changing needs, work flexibly across the service, and build positive relationships with individuals, families and professionals. Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as we value enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to delivering person‑centred reablement support.
An enhanced DBS Check with adults barred list will be required.

You will be required to work outside core hours as we deliver services from 8:00am until 9pm.
