Voyage Care's residential ABI service in Bury is seeking a caring Support Worker to help residents gain independence and improve quality of life. You will assist with daily activities, personal care and community involvement, including social outings and activities.
Shifts include waking nights (10pm–8am). Training is provided to develop skills, with shadow shifts during the day. This is a rewarding role for those who value compassionate, flexible care and teamwork.

Our residential ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service in Bury is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

We're interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach. Experience isn't essential as we provide a training programme to increase your skills and knowledge.
