We are a well-known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and mental health issues.

Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We strive to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we would want to experience ourselves!

Our Bornel service in Devon is a residential/supported living service consisting of 15 cottages supporting individuals on and off-site with activities, including household duties, meals, and more.

THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with adults, professionals, and families. You will engage in fun activities like long walks, outdoor educational trips, and interactive, practical hands-on activities.

There may be aspects of lone working as required. You may also be asked to assist with cooking and cleaning. Medication administration training will be provided.

A full UK Driving license is preferred.

The existing team members are passionate, dedicated, motivated, and committed to offering a safe and supportive environment for colleagues and service users alike.

EXPERIENCE

Some previous experience as a support worker or carer is preferred.
