Job summary

Voyage Care in Torquay is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life within a friendly team. The role involves assisting with personal care, enabling community access, and promoting social activities to improve quality of life.

No two days are the same as you support individuals in a dynamic environment, with full training and DBS checks provided. Shifts include mornings, days, evenings, and alternate weekends.

Support Worker – Torquay - £13.14 ph

Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday working 08:00 - 20:30 including alternate weekends

Our supported living service in Torquay is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
