Voyage Care in Theale is seeking genuine, hands-on Support Workers to improve quality of life for the people we support. You will help residents gain independence through daily activities, personal care, and community involvement, with a friendly, dynamic team.

• Teach residents new life skills and support independence in daily routines.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.

• Support on shifts including mornings, afternoons, or nights.

Job description

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Our residential service in Theal is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday. Support Worker - Theale - Payrate £12.74 up to £14.24 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply) Typical Shifts are: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 9pm-7am Join Voyage Care and Feel Valued, we reward your dedication with:
