Job summary

1st Enable Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in delivering outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives.

The role requires flexibility with shift work, including days, nights, evenings and weekends on a 2 week rolling rota. Salary is £12.88 per hour, with overtime at £14.43 per hour. Benefits include 28 days holiday, cycle to work, counselling, and more.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
• Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred
• Driving Licence preferred

Qualifications

A Level 3 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available

Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours.

Driving Licence preferred
