Job summary

1st Enable Ltd is seeking a Complex Support Worker to assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in providing outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives. The role requires flexibility with days, nights, evenings and weekends on a 2 week rolling rota, with a salary of £14.15 per hour and £15.86 per hour for overtime.

Salary: £14.15 per hour (£15.86 per hour overtime/bank)

Support Worker Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
• Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours.
• Driving Licence preferred
