Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to assist young people aged 16–18 in a semi-independent living setting. You will support education, finances and daily living skills while building trust and ensuring a safe home environment.

Requirements include a full UK driving license, an enhanced DBS (paid by Keys Group) and 21+ years of age. Experience in care is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Enhanced DBS check paid by Keys Group, including renewals.
  • QCF qualifications or career development opportunities offered by Keys Group.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of young people.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and patient.

SHIFT PATTERNS

Monday-Friday 3PM (sleep-in finishing at 9AM) & Saturday-Sunday 7PM (sleep-in finishing at 8AM) on a rolling rota.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Full UK Manual Driving License with access to a vehicle - essential,
  • DBS Check Paid - Your Enhanced DBS check, is fully covered by Keys Group, along with any required renewals.
