Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Greater Manchester is seeking a compassionate care worker to support three men aged 54–93 at Boulderstone Road. You will help maintain independence alongside a dedicated staff team and accompany residents to activities.

The role involves shift patterns including sleep-ins, a UK manual driving license is required, and a full-time permanent 41-hour week. You will work with 2–3 staff per day with some lone-working and receive comprehensive training.

Who you will be supporting

You will be supporting 3 gentlemen with ages 54 - 93 years old. Our challenge is to maintain independence alongside our staff team. Our staff are trained in all areas of support from first aid training to positive support. They enjoy going to MENCAP a couple of times a week to see their friends. They have cars to be supported about on activities.

UK manual driving license is essential

Contract:

Permanent 41 hours

Hours of work:

10-22 sleep in with a follow on of 07:00-10:30, 10:30-18:00, 10:30-17:00, 10:00-21:00, 08:30-18:00

Other:

• There 2-3 staff per day and there is some lone working involved
• There are 2 day shift which are 10am-6pm or 10am-9pm and also a sleeping shift which is a 10am-10pm-7am-10:15am
