Avenues! in Tadley is hiring Support Workers on a full-time basis, offering £25,845 per annum pro rata. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

No prior experience required as we provide accredited training, including Health and Social Care Diplomas, to help you grow your career. Join our services supporting people with complex health needs and learning disabilities, with two nearby locations. Our services in Tadley support people with complex health needs and various learning disabilities. The perfect person for this role will either have, or be genuinely interested in developing, similar hobbies to the people we support. You'll need to be flexible with how you communicate - things like speaking clearly, slowing down when needed, and using the right words to describe things. There are two services really close to each other, so you might work at both.
