Job summary

Orbis Education and Care is hiring a Support Worker for Beech Tree Farm, Swansea. This full-time role is 39 hours per week with sleep-ins, offering £13.45–£13.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, plus £57 per sleep-in.

You will create a safe, nurturing environment, act as a positive role model, support independence through daily activities, and maintain clear records. A UK driving licence and DBS checks are noted.

What You'll Do

Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.

This role involves working with vulnerable adults, so an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
