Location: Swadlincote
Work Base: Site based
Salary: £26,543.96 - £28,139.84 per annum including disturbance allowance
Hours per week: 33 hours and 2 sleeps per week
Shift Pattern: 3-week rolling rota. Shifts are 9:45am to 12:00am, with a sleep, then 7:30am until 10:45am

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate individual to help us change lives for people experiencing homelessness. As a Support Worker, you will support individuals with complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, or a history of offending behavior.

Our mission at P3 is to break the cycle of homelessness by enabling individuals to gain skills for sustaining tenancies and living independently. We offer intensive, person-centered support covering benefits, accessing support services, budgeting, community integration, and partnership working.
