Job description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Support Worker to join our team at a small Adult Learning Disability home near Stone. We offer weekly pay, holiday pay (+12% of hourly pay), flexible working arrangements, online access to your rota, SMS shift confirmations, and opportunities to expand your experience and knowledge.

As a Support Worker for Cream Health Care, your duties will include:

1. Providing support on a one-to-one basis
2. Facilitating community access and appointments
3. Providing personal care and manual handling as required
4. Assisting at meal times and prompting with medication

Shift options:

Earlies, Lates, and Nights, with flexibility to choose shifts based on your availability. We cannot offer school hours due to the shift patterns of the homes we work with.
