Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its Kidsgrove site. You will deliver compassionate, person-centered care to women, providing physical and emotional support and contributing to a safe, respectful hospital environment.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork and a genuine commitment to empowering service users. Overtime is available, with regular coaching and support from the team.

Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our hospital for women in Staffordshire.There are two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service. Crocus Ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.
