The New Ridley family are recruiting! New Ridley is a 9-bed residential care home in Northumberland supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex care needs to live full and active lives. The individuals we support at New Ridley love all things music and are often singing on the karaoke machine or dancing away to new and old music! They love BBQ's in summer and they often visit other services to meet with friends and enjoy food together! They love celebrating birthday's and are a very sociable bunch. They love trips to Museum's and going on walks together to enjoy the sights and sounds! They often take trips to Whitley Bay to enjoy lunch and of course ice cream! We are often highly praised for all our hard work, none of our efforts ever go a miss. We all work together to ensure all of the individuals we support get the best level of care and get to live a life they truly enjoy! Management are also known for sharing the outstanding work of each staff member with the rest of the Salutem Family.
