Salutem Care and Education in South Shields is seeking a Support Worker to join Wallace Mews/Wallace Lodge. You will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care and supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities to live the life they love.

You will implement person-centered plans, plan activities, support health needs, manage records, oversee medication, and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.

About The Company

The Wallace Mews/Wallace Lodge family are recruiting!

Wallace Mews and Wallace Lodge make up an 18-bed care service in South Shields, we support adults with physical and learning disabilities to live the life they love! The Mews supports 15 individuals and the Lodge is for three individuals.

The individuals we support at Wallace Mews love getting stuck in a baking/cooking up a real storm! We've all been known to make our very own McDonalds, packing included! We've taken part in chocolate workshops and have baked many a cookie for children in need! We love celebrating each other's birthday and always make time for cake! We often take part in arts and craft's sessions and have so much fun doing so. We love trips out and you can almost guarantee to find us at a carnival or festival of some kind!
